A user may be considered a repeat infringer if they have been subject to two or more valid DMCA Notices within any rolling twelve-month period, or if we determine in our sole discretion that the user has engaged in a pattern of infringing activity.

Please be aware that knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a DMCA Notice or Counter-Notice may subject you to civil liability, including damages, court costs, and attorneys' fees. Before submitting any notice or counter-notice, ensure that the statements you make are truthful and accurate.
