Honuteki ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform at honuteki.biz to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy ("DMCA Policy") describes how we respond to claims of copyright infringement and how you may submit a notice or counter-notice under the DMCA.
1. Notification of Claimed Infringement
If you believe that content available on or through our platform infringes one or more of your copyrights, please submit a written notice ("DMCA Notice") containing all of the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work or works claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material on our platform.
- Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We reserve the right to disregard notices that do not include all required elements or that do not comply with the requirements set forth in this policy.
2. Our Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, we will act expeditiously to:
- Remove or disable access to the material claimed to be infringing.
- Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled.
- Provide that user with an opportunity to submit a counter-notice as described below.
We will also terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion.
3. Counter-Notice
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice ("Counter-Notice") to our designated copyright agent. Your Counter-Notice must contain all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court for the address you provided, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA Notice or their agent.
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not notify us within ten (10) business days that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringing activity, we may restore the removed or disabled material at our discretion.
4. Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights. A user may be considered a repeat infringer if they have been subject to two or more valid DMCA Notices within any rolling twelve-month period, or if we determine in our sole discretion that the user has engaged in a pattern of infringing activity.
5. Misrepresentation
Please be aware that knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a DMCA Notice or Counter-Notice may subject you to civil liability, including damages, court costs, and attorneys' fees. Before submitting any notice or counter-notice, ensure that the statements you make are truthful and accurate.
6. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
