5.1 Platform Content

All content available on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, quiz questions, assessment materials, software, and course content, is owned by or licensed to Honuteki and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights in the platform or its content.

5.2 User-Submitted Content

If you submit any content, feedback, or suggestions to Honuteki through the platform, you grant Honuteki a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.

5.3 Restrictions

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from Honuteki.

6. Quiz and Assessment Integrity

The platform is designed to provide an honest and meaningful learning experience. You agree to complete all quizzes and assessments independently and without external assistance unless expressly permitted. Attempts to circumvent scoring mechanisms, share quiz answers without authorization, or manipulate results are a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

Honuteki makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of any content on the platform for any particular purpose. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Honuteki and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform. In no event shall Honuteki's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these terms or the platform exceed the amount you have paid to Honuteki in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100), whichever is greater.
